Should I book my Tour in advance ?
We highly recommend you book your charter as far in advance as possible to ensure there is a boat available at the time you would like to go.
What happen if the weather conditions are not favorable ?
If cancelled due to poor weather you will be given the option of an alternate date or full refund.

Who is your Captain ?
Our Captain Paul is native to TCI and grew in Grand Turk. As a marine officer and a master diver, Paul has an extensive knowledge and professional experience of the Sea World. He knows how to create those lasting memories exploring the Turks and Caicos.
Is your Captain Licensed and Trained ?
Yes, our captain Paul is a marine officer and a master diver. He also has a BoatMaster License Grade 2 from the Maritime Administration of Turks and Caicos.
Where do we meet ?
Depending on your tour and weather conditions, the Pick-Up/Drop-Off location will be communicated the day before your departure. We provide you an interactive map for easy directions of the possible pick-up locations: Tours Pickup Location

Are alcoholic beverages are allowed ?
You can order alcoholic beverages on booking check-out. You can also bring your own alcoholic beverages. A cooler with ice will be available to you. However for everyone’s safety, glass containers are not permitted. We ask that everyone drinks responsibly.

What kind of fish will I catch ?
Your catch will depend on the season and the tour selected. Please check-out our calendar.
Can I take my fish at home ?
Yes. Up to 10 pounds per person as per Fishing Regulations. We can clean it for you but you will need to be able to keep it cold upon return home.
Can I take my trophy fish at home ?
Yes, you are allowed to one unlimited weight Trophy. However, we encourage catch and release for those specimens.
What is the customary Tip ?
You are welcome to compensate our crew based on your experience and it is very much appreciated. Most people tip our crew 15-20% of the tour cost.
