Seriously you haven’t been to Turks and Caicos if you haven’t met Paul!!! He is simply the greatest person to have around if you want to have a real taste of what TCI has to offer. Awesome experience. After all visiting the islands without having a taste of what the ocean has to offer isn’t visiting TCI!!!
