This was the highlight of our trip to the Turks…and my wife and I don’t even fish! We did the 1/2 day bottom fishing. Paul kept us out an extra hour to ensure we got a good catch. We walked away with a monster Amber Jack that he filleted for us. What a blast. My wife and I are looking for other opportunities to get out on the water and fish now that we’re back home in Florida.
